“Doesn’t look like an office to me,” I said. Robert laughed a little as he pushed a desk across the floor. “Well, it was the pastor’s office about a hundred and fifty years ago. Now it’s just a big storage closet,” he explained.
“Where do I set these?” I asked, looking around for a rack or something. “Over in the corner, behind that one shelf.” I walked into the surprisingly spacious room and looked back behind the shelf, and wouldn’t you know it, there it was, a rack of chairs. I slid the chairs where they needed to go, when I heard the door shut and a loud click.
The room suddenly felt a lot smaller. I’d noticed that there weren’t any windows, just the one door. I straightened up and saw Robert staring straight at my ass, with totally unconcealed desire on his face.
